Warehouse & Logistics Ausbildung in Germany — Paid Training, EUR 1,100+ Monthly

Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik — warehouse logistics specialist — is a 3-year recognized German trade, and it is one of the most achievable Ausbildung routes for people from our communities. Current listings on Germany's official job board in Düsseldorf alone show 130 training positions, with advertised allowances of EUR 1,100-1,360 per month. Germany's logistics sector is hungry for trainees.

What the job is

You learn goods receiving, stock control, forklift work, shipping documents and warehouse IT systems — inside real companies like logistics firms and industrial suppliers. You earn a monthly allowance from day one instead of paying tuition. After the apprenticeship you hold a German-recognized qualification for life.

How to search the official board

The link below opens the Ausbildung search of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit, pre-filtered for this trade. Browse openings by city, read each listing's allowance and start date (most begin 1 August or 1 September), and apply directly to the company email shown. Free, official, no middleman.

What you need

• German at A2-B1 — warehouse teams work in German, so language decides your interview
• School-leaving certificate, translated
• Physical fitness and punctuality — German employers check both
• A signed training contract, which then supports your visa for vocational training

Red flags

Nobody legitimate charges you for a training position. If an "agency" back home asks for placement fees, walk away — the official board and the companies are free. Never hand your original passport to any agent.

Honest warning

Start German today. Applicants with B1 get interviews; applicants with no German get nothing, however strong their muscles are. Thirty minutes a day for one year changes your entire application.
