Cleaner Jobs in UAE — 120+ Openings, Apply Without Paying an Agent

Cleaning is the most requested no-degree job in the Gulf — and the most targeted by scammers, because desperate applicants are easy to sell to. The reality: Bayt.com currently lists over 120 cleaner openings across the UAE, with entry-level listings advertised around AED 1,800 a month. Real demand, real payslips, zero fees.

How to apply properly

The link below shows Bayt's live UAE cleaner listings. Bayt is a listing channel — facility management companies, cleaning contractors and hotels are the employers. Apply directly through each posting. Real recruiters interview you by phone or video, issue offer letters on company letterhead, and process your visa themselves.

Who pays for what

Under UAE law, the employer pays for the work permit, medical test and Emirates ID. MOHRE — the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation — runs this system, and its service pages state the work permit service is free of charge via MOHRE's website apart from federal fees. Any "agent fee" is illegal in this process and marks the scam immediately.

What you need

• Any cleaning or housekeeping experience you can reference
• Passport valid 6+ months and police clearance
• Basic English for instructions and safety
• Fitness for physical shifts

Red flags

The WhatsApp agent who "works directly with Dubai cleaning companies" and needs AED 1,200-2,500 before your visa. The recruiter who wants your original passport as "security". The job offer that arrives without any interview. All three are the same fraud.

If someone in your family already paid

Report the number to your police and to the platform, and post it in the community groups where that agent operates. Your report may freeze a payment chain and will definitely warn the next applicant.
